It has a very good location, with nice swimming pools and beach view. The staff was kind. The hotel is extremely close to the Shoko and Catwalk which are very good places to have a party.
The internet was very poor... If somebody need the internet during the stay, forget this hotel. That killed me. I could not open any website at first.. So I could not work..

Lost 2 credit cards just outside the hotel. Person who found it brought it to the hotel reception. Apparently, hotel staff looked up name on creditcard in the hotel guests database, matched it and returned it to me upon check out next morning. Saved me a lot of hassle and time the next day, Thanks again.

From check in to departure the staff were excellent, added to this the location of the hotel near to the sea and the hotel in general, I was very impressed.

Since our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic controllers' strike we missed our first night at the hotel. After rebooking our flights for the next day, the hotel allowed us to change our booking to fit the change in schedule. I was very impressed that they allowed us to do this with only a few hours notice and without hesitation. The breakfast was amazing! And it was wonderful to be able to go swimming in their open-air rooftop swimming pool in December.The room was excellent, with a nice big bathroom with shower and bath. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a two minute walk from the beach.
Why are hotels always so stingy with the milk in the rooms? There was a wide choice of coffees and teas but only two of those tiny pots of milk. Having said that, I am sure that the hotel staff would have been more than happy to provide more if we had asked.

Optimal for a good night's sleep (dark and soundproof). Good bathroom with all necessary supplies (soaps to excellent hairdryer and very good shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was very good fresh and great variety. The location was good as it was walking distance to beach and shopping.
The hotel was mean to be 5 star but had no gym or spa. The bed was uncomfortable so i think the price i paid was too much!
